Its a good steamer i like the stick design however I gave four stars because the wire is much too short to reach everywhere and have to attach it to a cord extension..

Works really well. Nice reasonable length of wire. Heats up very quickly. You need to fill it a couple of time if dealing with a larger area however, for a two bed room apartments, one fill is fine.

It does the job great just the wire is very short so have to keep unplugging and re-plugging into another socket. Would be 5 starts if the wire was longer!

Good product, good price, saves me so much time and effort to clean the floor. It's not sophisticated and does not come with lots of options but does the job and I totally recommend this steam mop.

It’s leaking solution/water when cleaning. The solution storage lid is very loose hence leaking. The cord is also making it hard to clean everwhere. The length of the cord is also small. Wouldn’t recommend
