Can I use it without the screen protector?

Yes, the screen protector can be removed but you need peel it off with care. The raised bezels around the case corners will protect the screen from daily drops and falls.Thank you for your question.

Will it fit with my own temper glass screen protector ?

I doubt it. This comes with a frame containing an integrated screen protector. You would have to cut that out and retrofit the frame with your tempered glass one. Even so, no guarantee that your protector is thin enough so the frame would snap on the back part of the case.

Does the stand allow you to place the ipad at different angles?

No, the kick stand only clicks into one spot to stand the iPad horizontally. You can’t change the angle, other than to flip it upside down to rest on the flat long side of the open kickstand, which allows for a flatter view. This does not let you stand the iPad up vertically at all; it will tip over.

Can this fit on ipad 6th generation?
