I used this as a baby gate for my sons play area, the only thing that I had a problem with is, not being able to purchase an extension for the gate to make it bigger but other than that it’s exactly what it looks like

Use YouTube for assembly clarifications. Assembles into a square or octagonal playpen. There was a crack in the plastic near the hinge that was sure to give way in the future so requested exchange with same product. Update. Added star as was exchanged for undamaged product and working well. Using as player and have not attached to wall. Good buy.

Used this daily when my child was able to crawl. Works very well.

So disappointed to see that despite being perfect in terms of size, that it came broken. I had already broken down the boxes so couldn’t even return it. Hurts that it costed so much for such a cheaply made product. Disappointed beyond words, would have loved to make use of this. I ended up returning the second box unopened so as to not go through the same problem. Not worth the money. Perhaps I got a returned box. It came all taped up like it had been previously opened

I absolutely love this product so far; it is so versatile! It is modular and easy to dissassemble/reassemble. I originally bought the Regalo pressure baby gates to fence my Basset hound pup in the kitchen while he was housetraining, and those worked well also, but the setup just wasn't working for him, as he had too much room to have accidents in. I decided to buy this and place it in an arc shape around the balcony pet door (Ideal Pet Products). The pictures I am posting are of this setup, where he has not only lots of room to move around in and luxury sleep quarters and access to food and water, but also free access to the balcony (which has the DoggieLawn/FreshPatch grass)... so I never have to worry about accidents when he is fenced in, or him having to hold it in too long. The housetraining is going great this week, and I can credit this gate for a lot of it! Before I bought this, he was in a temporary enclosure made by furniture penning him in, and he had no room to move and escaped, wreaking havoc in my apartment all day while I was away (and leaving me several gifts on the carpet!). This was an absolute lifesaver when it came. I took off 2 of the 2 foot long panels and use them outside as part of the enclosure around his grass, and the enclosure is still large enough for him to be comfortable. As others have mentioned, the gate panels themselves are sturdy metal, but the joints are plastic and can break if forced the wrong way. Does not bother me, given the price and the fact that I have a puppy, not a strong toddler or large dog. If you want a higher end comparable gate, there are others available on Amazon (try the North Gates superyard) for almost twice as much, which I've heard are more durable with metal joints, but for my purposes, this is a temporary setup. Your puppy or baby will not need this forever, hopefully, can you justify paying $100 more for it? It's up to you, if you have a strong animal/child you want to keep fenced in, but I don't need all that, and this is perfect for me. This has no pressure gate option, and I do not want to drill into the walls, so I just keep one end pinned down by furniture, and the other end connected by zip tie to the counterpart on the balcony, and I've had no escapes thus far. Puppy has not tried to knock down the gate, but even if he did, I don't have a German Shepherd, and I think it can handle his weight for now, even "partially free standing", as it is now. I use the Cloud Baby Monitor app (iPhone download) to monitor him while I am at work, and he is great, very quiet, seems content in his new home (the last is a screenshot picture from my phone on this monitor). This setup has basically saved me so many headaches from keeping a housetraining puppy while working full time.... highly recommend it to anyone. When he gets bigger, the modular nature of the panels will allow me to enlarge his area, maybe enclose off the entire dining room area, when I use it as a straight gate, instead of an arc. BTW, I was NOT offered a free or reduced price on this product, so you know my review is ACTUALLY unbiased.

Fantastic product. Great quality and easy to use. Needed something to keep kids safe at a holiday house and this worked brilliantly. Used zip ties to attach to balustrade and it was excellent. Easily folds up to transport.

Wir haben nun seit ein paar Monaten das Schutzgitter und als Laufgitter für unsere Tochter ist es sehr gut. Sicher, es ist leicht zu verschieben, aber dennoch verhindert es, dass unsere Kleine unkontrolliert durch unser großes Wohnzimmer rollt, während man kurzzeitig den Raum verlässt, um sich um den Haushalt zu kümmern. Der Preis ist ebenfalls wirklich in Ordung. Es ist gut verarbeitet, leicht zusammengesetzt und umgesetzt. Wir haben es frei stehend und es ist stabil genug, um das herumturnen von meinem Mann auch auszuhalten. Auch kann es ohne Weiteres zum Hochziehen genutzt werden und wir können behaupten, dass es ein Gesicht von bis zu 150 Kilo auf den Elementen aushalten kann. Wir haben es in einem Achteck aufgestellt, statt in einem Viereck und dadurch bekommen wir das beste Platzverhältnis im Raum. Dennoch auch als Viereck bietet es gut Platz, dass Kind + Erwachsener im Laufgitter spielen können.

It’s a superb product. Very good quality, sturdy. When we bought we thought it won’t work for 15 days also with my twins but it has been more than 6 months now and it is still doing amazing job.
