Excellent product and excellent responsive time on the delivery. Delivery location was outside of Dubai, received a call in the morning to confirm the location with a drop pin and was delivered to my door step later that afternoon before the estimated delivery date. Product works really well.

Very Noisy and you won’t get help from even on warranty
Good product but definitely noisy. I have tried to reach the Nikai team to check if this is normal but haven’t been able to reach anyone. Amazon team have been somewhat helpful. They said they will call back to schedule a check or uninstallation but 24hrs + and nothing. The whole process has become stressful.
