I have just ordered my second bottle. I am taking this CLA with green trea extrat and lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks without exercise. I have a big breakfast in the morning, small lunch, and possibly some cheese and olives before 5 pm. Then I fast. I have had no cravings or side effects. During the first 2 weeks I have also cut carbs and alcohol. I focus on whole foods and lean, quality protein. I have also incorporated homemade bone broth. I started at 160 lbs, the heaviest I have ever been and right now I'm down to 147 lbs. My goal is to reach 135 lbs, a number I feel at my best. I recommend it. But give it some help by also focusing on nutrition.
