Make sure you know the size nozzle
Weber E325 Genesius perfect fit 1/4-32. Bought these to convert my NG grill to LP. I needed nozzle hole to be 1.02 mm, these are 0.8 but drilled them out to correct size. Research AI says you need this size to feed a 3 burner grill with 40000 BTU. I couldn’t find a 1/4-32 @1.02mm had to make my own.

Perfect for my Weber
These are what you need to replace the orifices for the burners on your Weber grill. I have an SE-410 from 2017 and I needed to convert it back to propane from nat gas which it had been converted to from its original propane. There was rational for this, but that story doesn't need to be told here. Anyway, The thread pattern and orifice size are both critical for your Weber to function correctly. With the wrong thread pattern you will have a leak with the potential of a fire outside the burn box... not good. Without the proper orifice size you will have issues with the burner flame. These are both the proper thread pattern (SAE not metric) and the orifice size is .031". I found out through web searching that .031" is the correct size (AI told me as Weber will not advertise this). After I installed these I checked for leaks and adjusted each burner air/fuel mixture until I got a nice blue flame with occasional orange tips at the highest flow rate and just a blue flame on the lowest flow setting.

Not good for NG to LP conversion
They are exactly as described, but don't work well for converting a natural gas grill to propane. The thread is correct for the front-knob Genesis 300 models. As some of the other review mention, these orifices are too small to make the rated BTU of the grill. I drilled them out with a 0.041" diameter bit, which allows them to work perfectly on the high setting. However, the actual gas valves on the manifold are set up for the higher flows of natural gas, so they don't go low enough to a "low" setting with LP. With one burner on low I was still holding 400 degrees in the grill. Let's say a normal grill allows a heat adjustment between 1-10. With this modification I had a range of about 8-10. After a few tries and half a day of messing around, I gave up and ordered the correct OEM LP manifold.

MENSI 10 Packs 𝟏/𝟒"-𝟑𝟐𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 Brass Nozzle with 0.8m (0.031") Jet Hole
The MENSI 10 Packs 𝟏/𝟒"-𝟑𝟐𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 Brass Nozzle with 0.8m (0.031") Jet Hole - Worked great for converting my 2021 Weber Genesis II E325 from Natural Gas to Propane. All the other Kits on amazon were too small. I now have the perfect blue Flame for my grill. No drilling was necessary, and I followed the videos on Youtube. Just remember to use Pipe thread Sealant on the Threads.

Worked for a Weber Genesis Grill
This was bought in an attempt to convert a natural gas grill to propane, which was done by following a tutorial on YouTube. The threads fit the Weber Genesis grill perfectly, and the grill has been converted over.

Very low cost that allowed me to convert my BBQ from NG to LPG, but be aware the orifices need to be redrilled which is the tricky part. You will need a micro drill bit approx .7mm +/- 10% , (these are thin bits and best use a hand drill or run them backwards to prevent breakage) this is trial and error, so that’s why you get 10 orifice pieces (though you only need 4 or 5) and you need to experiment . Takes patience and trial and error because Weber will not support any gas conversions or offer advice. Go to YouTube. Use tape or plumbers putty and be careful. Beats spending another $1500 on a new BBQ. It won’t be 100%, but you can get it close. You want a blue flame with smallest hint of yellow. You must adjust your gas bars which you can do while it’s running . This whole process took me a full day but it was worth it.

MENSI is where it's at. I bought these for my NexGrill Portable 820-0033, but the imperial threads are the wrong size. Bought their 5mm X 0.68mm product. priceless

I have a genesis 310 that I converted from natural gas to propane using these. The 0.8mm hole was too small the bbq would only reach 375 degrees and it took over twenty minutes to get there. I bought some micro drills and did some testing with 0.9mm and 1mm holes and the 1mm is the way to go. I did have to open the Venturi hole where the screen is to the max but it will almost reach 600 degrees now at max heat. Gets there in 20 mins but it will reach 350 degrees in 5mins. Using all three burners on the lowest setting with the 1mm hole and Venturi wide open it runs steady around 350 degrees. Love it now works better than ever. 0.9mm did make a noticeable flame gain but not quite enough in my opinion.

I was super happy to find these because webber does not sell a conversion kit and I needed to convert a natural gas bbq to propane. Easy to install and I did have to use my office drills to enlarge the holes slightly to get a good flame on the burners other than that very happy!!

Not the proper size for my application would like to return but didn’t install them quick enough and missed my return window.
