Great quality
Just arrived yesterday and I must say this is a very nice quality pizza peel. I have been looking for one and read tons of reviews on the cheaper pizza peels then decided to buy this. If you want a real quality then spend a little more to buy this one...the old saying is true , you get what you paid for...

Made strong of bamboo wood nice finish easy to store has hole in handle and rope works great don't forget to flour it before you put pizza dough onit

Certainly not like the old Sassafras peel...
Very disappointed. Peel arrived split and had to return. Peel was not packed well at all... I purchased this because I have been using another Sassafras peel [not bamboo] for at least 15 years with great success and absolutely no complaint. Unfortunately this 'upgrade' was not a really good idea...
