I bought this Move Free Advanced joint supplement for my 93-year-old grandmother, and she really likes it. She’s been taking it regularly and says her joints feel more comfortable, especially when walking and moving around during the day. This is actually my second time purchasing it for her, which says a lot. I usually buy Move Free for my parents as well, but I get the green bottle for them. This one with Vitamin D3 felt like a good option for my grandmother, especially for joint and bone support. The tablets are easy for her to take, and she hasn’t had any issues with it. Overall, it’s a product our family trusts, and I’ll definitely keep buying it for her.

SO, I’ve been having severe knee pain for about a month. I’m a super active senior, and a past athlete, and every few years or so, I experience knee pain. My remedy is to rest them just a little, and continue to move, using therapeutic movement, and very light load. But they have really been painful, especially overnight as I sleep. I began to research glucosamine products to find something of a non medicinal nature. After reading MANY reviews, I decided on this product. Now, I cannot verify this for a certainty, but after three days of taking them twice a day as directed, I have considerably less pain and discomfort. Move Free is the only explanation, because it’s the only thing that I’ve done differently. The pills are large, but I’ve had no problems swallowing them. The only thing I do for sure, is take them with food, as I cannot take ANY medication, or vitamins on an empty stomach, so I chose the one tablet, twice a day option. I will update as I continue to take them. But so far, I am very pleased.

I have used this produuct for many years to improve knee flexibility

Unfortunately the pills are very LARGE and I can not swallow them. I have taken Move Free Ultra for several years and I do like them but thought these would have added benefits with the D3. I should've researched better on the size of the pills.

I have tried other supplements for my painful knees and hands but these seem to work the best. I’ve tried others due to the size of the tabs and needing to take 2 daily. InstaFlex was promoted as better with one tab a day tho quite expensive but the turmeric gave me diarrhea so that was a waste of money. I like that the Move Free has vit D and MSM as well

Did not feel much relief from using this product, may work well for someone with less joint issues

Usual size to take… seems readily effective. My bones stay strong along with physical exercise and some sun.
