Strap is a good length and is adjustable. - The numbers fade off really quick, considering if it's used on a daily basis... something my mom had brought up. She wants me to order more. But she wishes that the number didn't come off so easily other than that it's such a cute case, very convenient

Update...I ordered a 2nd case as a backup to my other one...the 2nd one also arrived broken...Gorilla Glue worked great, still sad I needed to glue both cases upon receipt though................The only issue with the case is that I received a broken one, when I opened the delivery bag, one of the "knobs" was busted off, had either the case itself been in a box and not just plastic wrap, or the item been shipped in a box, then maybe it arrives in one piece...other than that, its absolutely gorgeous! I have the Note 20 Ultra and this case fit perfectly. No problems trying to put it on the phone, fits like a glove. Makes my phone look like a vintage 35mm camera. The case overall, knobs, lens etc... are all plastic. My only question now is, how long will the case last.

I loved the case from "Emily in Paris," so I was excited to finally find one for the Samsung Note20 Ultra. The case itself seems well made, but after using it for 4 months, most of the faux camera buttons, etc.,have broken off, without being dropped a lot or Anthon like that. I had one button just fall off in mtly hand. I do wish it had a thicker lip around the screen, for added drop protection. Another great feature would be a grip on the decorative camera side because the case is difficult to hold and slippery to me. I ended up buying a plain black Popsocket and putting it on the lower black square area, which makes it more comfortable and easier to hold. Also, when you use your phone camera horizontally, I thought it would look like the camera on the other side, however, to hold your phone properly, it makes it look like you're holding a camera upside down to others. I wish they had flipped the buttons, etc. to the other side so that when you are holding your phone horizontally, the faux camera would look as though it is right side up as well. In the product photos, it shows a model holding it and looks normal, but if you take photos holding it that way, you're screen is upside down. If you are taking pics horizontally, the camera case will apoear to be upside down. Overall, it's a cute case, I just wish the design had been better thought out, with better durability, and the buttons, etc. were on the opposite side to make it look more authentic.

I like the case but I will only use it one time. It wasn't as cute once I got it or it just isn't for me like I thought it would be. I think I will return it. It came in and it wasn't broke arrived a day early and I was very happy about it. But the case just isn't for me.

I like the design, but I hate that the strap keeps coming loose and the now unfortunately that was one of the reasons I brought it was to use the strap and now I can't.

I get so many compliments on this case! I take so many pictures and love that it looks like one

This cover looks exactly as it's shown in the pic and i am using it and everyone finds it soooo different and think i am holding camera and not mobile so.... it's very cool but at the same time makes my mobile very heavy and difficult to hold my phone n use it!

Knobs of the case came broken. I assume it was due to delivery packaging as it was in plastic transparent envelope. However, it could work OK for phone camera protection.
