Are these capsules easy to swallow, even though large? And just how large are they? Any comparison in general to Garden of Life Perfect capsules?

theses capsules are an average size, and easy to swallow, I give theses capsules to my sons on a daily basis so they can get a little more fiber into their diets they are always on the go in college and it assists us to have more fiber in our daily nutrition. so it does help and the capsule is tasteless, easy to drink with water or juice no big deal I love this product, now that they carry this product at our fresh & easy store in my neighborhood I go their instead, but the seller is honest and his delivery is prompt I can honestly refer this seller to be trustworthy. :) and as to the comparison to "Garden of Life" we did try this in the past before this one and it didn't hope us at all so we stick with this along with juicing with the "Gearson Diet" and eating vegetarian now, meat once every 2 weeks, it did helps us even more. good luck you will like this product its great
