Review: Best Purchase of the Year - This bag is used daily and is still holding up great. My husband uses it and carries a lot every single day, and after a couple of months, he absolutely loves it. One of his favorite features is that he can put his lunch and dinner plates and 2 canned sparking waters in the front compartment, which means one less bag to carry to work. He fits a bulky jacket, books, a 64 oz water bottle, and snacks in the main compartment, with his lunch stored separately, and everything fits comfortably. The bag holds its shape well, and the shoulder support is excellent. The zipper quality, in my opinion, is great, and there are plenty of compartments for all the smaller items. This is probably my favorite purchase of the year. An amazing bag and an incredible value for the money. I would recommend it ten times over.
Review: Extremely awesome bag! Except where my boobies go... - I specifically needed a backpack with a lunch box compartment that also had a clamshell space for a larger laptop and a larger size water bottle holder... When I properly take the time to fold up and then roll tight my raincoat and zip up putty they fit perfectly in the lunch box compartment. This means my heavy unbreathable raincoat is suddenly not something I have to carry and constantly shift from arm to arm or tie to my bag and hope isn't going to be stolen on the train... I'm surprised at how much space is displaced inside the backpack although I've never had a lunch box backpack before, that said there's still tons of room and a little bit of space underneath for a couple of microwave Rice pouches... I love the amount of sleeves for my laptop and my tablet and my headphones that don't fold flat which I kind of pull up towards the top of the bag and several cords all in the laptops space... I've put cold drinks and body wipes and hydration packs and little first aid kits and toothbrush and paste and extra socks and a set of work clothes and a silverware set hahaha honestly the list goes on this thing gets heavy when it gets really packed full! The aforementioned water bottle has a handle at the top that I stick the side strap through and lock it down so that it doesn't go flying off when I swing my bag up onto my shoulder if I'm rushing to get off the train... It all seems pretty durable and I haven't had any trouble with any of the straps sewn on to the bag or the zipper yet... It's rained here in Oregon and I haven't had any trouble with anything getting wet inside the bag... I've gotten several compliments on the cute pink trim... Honestly it's an incredibly spacious and versatile bag for the price and while not everything ends up having the same quality from bag to bag I ended up with a good one instead of a bad one so I'm quite pleased... Honestly the only complaint I have about this bag whatsoever is beast trap that goes across the chest. Rotflmao!!! om effing g... It is not adjustable up and down and it is very unfortunately situated in a way that makes my boobs look absolutely absurd and I cannot use the across the chest strap... There is no waist strap option otherwise. So sometimes I end up hooking my thumbs in the straps and walking that way and again the bag has not torn where the straps are sewn in... I think the larger size bag does not have the lunch box compartment which is kind of a bummer... Definitely would recommend!

**Q: How about this lunch backpack as school supplies for college students? I often use backpacks to take my laptop and books.Thanks**
A: If you can use it for school supplies. I would recommend putting a plastic container in the lunchbox portion of the backpack and put your school supplies in there. This will help keep it rigid. Currently there is no structure other than a soft cooler within the backpack. I hope that makes sense.

**Q: Is the charger an actual charger or is it just a port and you have ti hook up your own charging system?**
A: No it is not a charger.  it is a port with an HDMI cord on the inside.  So, theoretically, if you were carrying a laptop inside, you could hook up the HDMI cable and plug in your phone cable on the outside.  Or just carry an extra battery on the inside.  It is a pretty cool accessory, but I don't really use it.

**Q: Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer. How do I do that?**
A: Usually, through the returns and orders menu by utilizing the "Get Help" or "return/replace" button if there is a problem you will talk with amazon's AI tool then usually it will allow you to write a message to seller. You can also click on the hyperlink by the "SOLD BY" which should be the seller. Then on the next page it brings you to there should be a button that says "Ask seller a question." You will receive their response through "Your messages" -> "Buyer/Seller messages"   No matter which path you choose it is set up like a simple style email system and is not instant messaging. With that in mind the responses can take up to 24-72 hours for a response depending on the seller.

**Q: The zipper broke a few weeks after receiving it. How do i contact the seller for a replacement or refund?**
