No straw !
Useless without the straw. I don’t understand how these kind of mistakes can happen. I cancel the return just because it’s not worth it to look for a box and print the paper for the return.

Valve is pressed inside and water started coming
I have seen so many complaing reviews about " water is not coming". So when i got my bag. Its water was also not coming. I checked the valve which is at the end of the pipe and it was not opened. To open the valve i place nail inside the wall and press it hard and opened that according to my requirement. I sent msg for return but now i will not return it.

i thought this is just an ordinary backpack where price is affordable and non sophisticated. but the sip mouthpiece is not working. this is not rocket science which requires you to have training on how to use this product. i wish i can return it.
