Works fantastic
I have to say WOW!!! My daughter recommended this, and it has been a game changer of better deeper sleep, less joint pain, and more energy. I take 2 at night. The pills are big so make sure and take a drink of water first then chase them down with more water.

Good product, very large caplets.
Good product, but large caplets I cannot swallow or bite. I use pill crushers, put in cottage cheese or applesauce. Not a problem at all.

Blood pressure looks better!!
I am so glad I ordered these and tried them. I have been doing a little research on what can help keep my blood pressure regulated, and this is it. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks now on the third week and I take them at night before bed. I wake up feeling great and my blood pressure was looking good when I went to my doctor appointment last week. She has been trying to put me on another medication instead of raising the dosage on the medication I am taking which is only 5mg’s. So I have been doing the opposite and trying to get control of it before she puts me on something else, and I believe this is working for me. I will continue to take it and work on my overall health in the process so I can make sure I don’t have to take more medications just for my blood pressure to look normal. I would recommend trying it, but I know it is working for me.

Great product but hard to swallow
This is a high-quality product, and I trust this brand consistently. However, the tablets are quite large and difficult to swallow. While I generally don’t have trouble with larger tablets, these require noticeable extra effort to take. For that reason, I deducted one star. Aside from that, it remains a great product.

Gentle on stomach
Note: not intended for medical advice! My husband and I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. It is supposed to improve circulation. They never upset my stomach and are fairly easy for me to swallow. We buy regularly by subscription.
