I won't waste your time telling you all about Magnesium, as you can and probably have gotten that information already. This particular product by NOW is one of the best I've found out there and very well priced in the market. I've been using NOW products for about 10 years and I've never run into an issue with even a single capsule, and all products tend to be very fresh. NOW magnesium is no different.
