Got this for a friend who is super lactose intolerant and she had nothing but the highest praise for this!

Had to take 2 tablets to feel the effect. It works great, such a relief. 1 tablet didn't have much effect.

Took a while to realise this gave me terrible nausea and abdominal pain, even when taken without any lactose meal as a test. Turns out this is a common issue with digestive enzymes from Enzymedica. I had similar issues with Digest Gold albeit less severe. I have no issues with lactase-only tablets from other companies. If this works for you that’s fine, but people should be aware if they get crampy pains while taking this, it’s very likely not the lactose they’re eating but rather this thing.

This product far surpasses the better-known alternative! My lactose intolerance has become far more severe as I've aged causing great distress. The Lacto pills have reduced the number of unpleasant incidences to zero! The other product was not at all effective any more.

I’ve been taking lactaid pills for YEARS and when I say this works even better, I’m flabbergasted!! I will never take another type of lactose pills—these are LIFE CHANGING and I’ve never felt better! I can eat ice cream without dying for 3 days! 1 mighty pill per dairy meal is seriously so strong and powerful and I’m so thankful for these!!!!!!

Recently, I went on vacation and realized I’d forgotten my Lactaid. We had a busy schedule and I resorted to placing a grocery order with Whole Foods for our vacation rental, and Lacto was the only thing they had. Wow! Game changer! While Lactaid helps cut down on the effects of eating lactose (bloat, gas, discomfort, etc), it never made a huge impact and I’ve religiously avoided dairy because of it. However, I knew on vacation I would need to indulge a bit. After two small trial runs with that Lacto, I took two of the pills with a 10 inch pizza (and followed it with Gas X, just to be sure) and felt great! Because I rarely eat this way, I still felt slightly bloated (more like just being pretty full) but was otherwise totally fine. I am VERY sensitive to lactose and other foods as well, and Lacto honestly feels like a little blessing. In fact, I believe I may also have other issues, beyond lactose, with dairy now and Lacto will be go to!

About 2 months ago I started taking these whenever I was going to eat dairy. They worked great for gas and bloating but I did have to take several to manage those symptoms. Be careful if you've ever had gastritis because one of the enzymes in this breaks down the protective stomach lining over time and I started having very uncomfortable sharp pains as long as they were in my stomach.

This is excellent if I’m out and I’m not sure what ingredients are in a dish. I can eat it and not be in pain or have an upset tum. This make i can trust
