The Hard-KOR Tire Carrier is available for WJ, ZJ, and XJ models, and with your choice of "basic" (tire carrier only) or "upgraded" (tire carrier + Hi-Lift and Shovel mounts with T-handles). Also, your choice of powdercoated or not (since this thing is on your roof, I highly recommend powdercoating it, so that it doesn't drop rust on your Jeep. The ZJ model accepts a 40" tire if you are not running a HiLift and a 36" tire if you are. The XJ model is wider, so it doesn't have any tire size limitation.
