Is the back translucent? I need a cardholder that the back can be scanned.

Comes with a little piece of paper inside of it if you remove it yes I have mine I use it for scanning there's only one I D in it it is Crystal Clear once you remove that paper

Yes, as long as it's 3.375″ x 2.125″, CR80 size. Which is the size of a credit card.

I would say rain resistant. The RFID paper? that's in the middle is not covered by anything other than your ID card so might break down over time?
