Works perfectly. The assembly is easy but It's actually hard to put them together. But once it's done it a sturdy office chair. I use it at home. The height can be adjusted accordingly. The arm rests are not adjustable. For the price this is great.

Packaging was very poor. Literally looks like they just threw the chairs randomly into a box two chairs at a time. No installation instructions at all. You can tell two of the chairs were returns as the screw holes were used. I can understand why they returned them since without instructions or being handy it’s impossible to get those chairs properly assembled. Finally - the quality is very cheap. The only thing that’s stopping me from returning them is the time it would take to disassemble them and put them back in the box. I am not sure they will last 6 month at best - FYI the product rusted while indoor in a controlled temperature conditions.

The quality and delivery are good. The issue is the customer need to assemble the unit by self. They will provide an Allen key to tighten the screws. The biggest issue is there is no photo of assembling the chair. So it became an Adventure and finally, I could assemble it.

It took me a while to assemble as it is a job for 2 and i was alone. However the chair is good and does the job compared to its price. The quality is not the greatest and you can feel that it is being depreciated with time

The chair looks expensive, good quality for price, comfortable and very easy to assemble! It doesn't tilt to the back that's the only cons

This chair is perfect and comfortable. Assembly may be challenging but it’s all worth it. Price is good. It’s a great deal.

I bought this chair and the wheels broke after 2 months of use. I am only 72kg weight. It the wheels cannot carry this weight, what is the purpose of the chair? I wanted to change the wheels and contacted. But no response. Another 1 month, rhe arm rests got loose and the seat fabric started coming out. It's stappled. Very poor quality product. I am surprised how Amazon can host this type of product. Dears don't ever think of buying this product unless you are keen to throw away your hard earned money.
