How do i make this without an autoclave or pressure cooker??

You dont need a pressure cooker. I have a pressure cooker but get lazy some times and just boil inside of a (1/2 pack 26g)quart sized Mason jar with 16.9 oz water. Get a big pot with a lid. Fill the pot a third way up. Set a bowl in the middle. Next set your jar full of agar mix in bowl Top pot with lid and boil for 30 mins. I said boil for 30 not 30 all together. Once it starts to boil set your timer for 30 mins. Now your off to the races get you LC or spore print gas it up and GO!!!!!

No additional agar needed. Mix with water and pour into plates.

I think I have received one that wasn't but all the rest were. if not just put it in a small jar with a desiccant packet.
