ProsourceFit Therapy Flat Resistance Bands Set of 3 (6’ each-Extra Long) for Stretching, Pilates and Rehabilitation with Door Anchor

This was a great kit for the price. The bands are a nice length to do any exercise I want and I really like the door attachment. There are no directions for the door attachment, but I got it figured out without too much trouble. The piece makes the bands so much more versatile and is an awesome addition. The zipper bag is great for storage too. And I love the earthy colors of the bands.

These seem to work well. I've had them for a couple of months now and use them about every other day. I haven't had any problems with tearing or any issues at all. Perhaps these are slightly less stretchy than the last brand I bought, but they work for resistance band exercises. I like them. I wish they had the "light" and "medium" and "heavy" printed on the bands themselves so that you could tell which was which quickly without having to touch them, but otherwise, they are what I woud expect for resistance bands.

Purchased this hip band set for my mother who has recently been plagued with arthritis in her hips. It took some research to learn how to best utilize these bands and discs for various targeted excercises because there were no instructions included. After watching a few Youtube videos, she was absolutely hooked on them. These bands can actually provide you with a real butt kicking workout that will help the area you are targeting almost immediately. I was so impressed with her results, that I actually use them as well. Would have given 5 stars if instructions or a link to related workouts would have been included.

If you want the company of a great band, earn your way aboard the tour bus!

Strong latex smell. It completely turned me off using them, I felt like I was stretching a condom. I'v used them maybe 3 times and washed them at least 5 and the latex smell is sooo strong. I'm so allergic I cannot use them.

Fun to use and with a little creativity you can do a whole body workout. Unfortunately, once you get a little nick in the edge of the rubber, the nick will turn into a tear and then the whole piece will break into two. Also for some exercises they can be uncomfortable to hold due to the lack of handles/grips. For these reasons I suggest the resistance bands that are shaped like rubber tubes or cords, rather than this kit which is more like giant rubber ribbons or lasagne.
