Having four bats means each of my children can have one each (less arguments!) and we have a spare for guests. The bats have been used by young and old guests from experienced to beginners and everyone has commented on how easy they are to use. We did expect the balls that were supplied with the set to be of basic quality but they are very sturdy and durable, with a good number to last for a while. The only con I can think to this set is that the colours are very similar - they did have another coloured set but the colours were too 'childish' for my teenage kids, so a different range of coloured bats might have been better.
