So it would only work with dr brown system or rings. With my Ameda bottles and nfant rings, Dr brown nipples collapse because of no-ventilation problem. **Q: can the level 3 nipple fit the level 1 colic bottles? We got these for the dr Browns bottles but if they are the same size I don’t see why not . **Q: Are the preemie nipples shorter than the regular nipples?** A: The lengths are the same. The preemie just has a smaller hole and thus a slower flow.
