This is the best desk lamp. We couldn’t decide between a banker’s lamp or this one, but we think we made the right choice. Perfect size, good quality, and classy looking. We’re very happy with our purchase.

This is an excellent reading lamp, which I'm very glad I ordered. The base is very heavy and stable, and the swing arm works well to bring the light right where I want it. The faux leather shade is beautiful, smooth to the touch, and a vinyl that will surely be easy to clean (unlike most shades which are paper or fabric that get dirty and stained and cannot be cleaned). The style is most attractive; and this lamp seems so well made, it's a pleasure to have and use.

Arrived well-padded in a styrofoam form. No way this thing was going to rattle around! Easy instructions. Easy assembly. Perfect reading lamp for a bedstand. Swing arm is sturdy. Base is heavy enough to support. Padded feet. Nice design

I may have reviewed this before, but it is worth it. This is a great lamp at a very reasonable price. It has a lot of nice details and the faux leather shade is extremely nice. The whole thing has that antique look that goes with a Virgina Townhouse. And I use it as a bed lamp hooked up to Alexa, so it is a nice gentle lights out when I tell her Bed Light off..

I really liked the looks of the lamp but when I put it together and plugged it in ...it would not go on . I tried 3 different light bulbs. Once I see that my money is returned to Amazon I may even try ordering it again...maybe !!

This is a very pretty lamp and just right for my need. Really, my only complaint is that when I went to assemble it the piece that the finial screws onto was bent so the finial didn't sit straight. I took a pliers, held my breath and tried to straighten it, scared that it would break. I was able to straighten it though and the finial sits on there properly now. The bent piece is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I'm guessing if I had broken it trying to straighten it I just would have been out of luck.

Nice lamp, smaller than I thought it would be though. One lamps arm mechanism broke with just a little bump, so it doesn't swing easily, comes out of it socket. They look nice but I would not buy again due to lack of durability.
