Mahr will not warranty it without the Purchase Order from Amazon to Mahr. Amazon has been no help. My advice is to not buy high ticket items from Amazon. My company is reconsidering using Amazon for future purchases.UPDATE: Amazon exchanged the item. Issue resolved, I am happy with the new probe.
