I got the largest size and it is good and strong.
This stainless steel rack is heavy duty and does not sag when I put pressure on it. I had to order a second one. I just wish they made it in a bigger size because it is so strong. I got another cooling rack which is nice but it is not as strong as this one. It is a good size for what I use it for. No problem with cleaning. I have used the cooling racks ever since I got it.

Using as oven rack replacement
We moved into a new house with an old, original, 1960 oven. The oven is very small but it works. Unfortunately it only had one rack so I bought this to extend my oven space. It slid in perfectly. And it’s very sturdy! I was very pleasantly surprised. It actually has a stoneware bar pan setting on it most of the time and isn’t sagging at all.

Fat Daddio’s baking products are by far the best in US and Canadian marketsc
I’ve been thrilled with Fat Daddio’s baking products for years, but the problem is that they are a US-based company and those who are selling it on Amazon.ca and elsewhere are charging 3 x or more. Sadly, one place that made them affordable, in Canada, has gone out of business. If you have never used these products, you are in for a treat: they heat well, they don’t stain and burn, crinkle, etc like many baking sheets out in the Canadian marketplace and they will last you for years. I spent 60$ a few years ago at Hudson Bay store in Montreal for pans that were just disgusting, stained and looked as though they had been living in a garbage dump. These are the best Whether you want a solid cookie sheet. Muffin tines, read loads of 10” cheese cake tin with removable bottom...as a professional chef many years ago, I can tell you that these will last years.
