Cheap quality and not original
The quality is very low i even doubt that it is an original product i first got it from the US then when i run out of it i ordered via amazon.ae the quality is so bad the cream is watery!!!!!

Great for curing baby rash!
My 15 year old son did not have a big problem with baby rash until after he started teething. It got bad one day and it was really red and there was even some blood (dry skin). We asked our pediatrician what we should do and he recommended using Desitin. It got cleared up withing 6 days and even after a day you could see it was working! He is teething every couple of weeks now so occasionally he gets a rash (not as bad as the first time); so the first sign of a rash we use this so the rash goes away within a few days. If your little one is getting baby rashes, then I would definitely recommend this!

Works great
We have used Desitin with all three of our children. It's always worked wonders. We use it if any diaper rashes show up, but primarily we keep it around to use as a preventive measure. If our daughter starts looking a little red, we apply a little and usually the redness is gone by the next diaper or two. We also use it on roadtrips as a preventive measure. Since our youngest will sometimes soil a diaper without us knowing it while she's in her carseat, we apply a little as a moisture barrier before we hit the road to help prevent any pee or poop from sticking to her skin between rest stops.
