bought based on what the product claimed from videos. I was skeptical when i first applied the product with the included foam brush because of bubbles from the brush. As it dried there were bubbles or brush marks. It dried to a perfect finish and looks brand new from factory. I cleaned all areas to be colored extremely well as i wanted good coverage. I followed directions and applied 2 coats to 2002 Tahoe running boards, and front valence. I could not be happier. I want to do a 3rd and possibly a 4th application to the drivers side running board as it was well used and heavily discolored before application. Already looks good but want to see what additional application will look like. everywhere it was applies looks excellent.

One of the best items for trim. Have it on a back bumper for 2years, and still holds up well. Take your time when applying.

Ordered the cleaner with it, I recommend you get the cleaner. I had used another product in the past so washed and scrubbed with dawn then with the cleaner 3 times. Dried and went to work. Took two coats and about three hours to do the fenders and bumpers. Worth it they look great. Hope it lasts.

You will need more than 2 coats with this. I would recommend using a foam roller. The foam brush is quite streaky after 2 applications. I think better options exist. Looks decent from far, but close is streaky and inconsistent after 2 coats.

It works! Some of my trim had faded to gray. Brought it back like new. Has held up after many washes. Highly recommended

Awesome product. It actually returns your trim to black instead of temporarily making it look black again with fillers and cleaners. Any reviews complaining about streaky finishes: Proper preparation is key. Multiple coats are your friend. I opted to apply three coats, and the finish came out about 98% perfect. The only thing left to do now is to see how it holds up against Southeastern U.S. seasons. So far, so good.

This product really does the job. Like and paint or stain more than one coat might be necessary to achieve the finish you want.
