What's the difference between this and the 3 in 1 Body Wash Gel?

Quality of the ingredients and some of the ingredients themselves.  For one, this product states the percent of its natural and organic products, versus the 3 in 1 version does not (3 in 1 simply states "All Natural").  The 3 in 1 version has more ingredients--have not done the research to verify if the additional ingredients are natural--and significantly fewer organic ingredients.  Having used both for two months each, I can say the difference is negligible.  If you want top shelf, nearly completely organic ingredients, get the body wash and shampoo.  The body wash works great on your face, just put lotion on after.  If you want the best bang for your buck and you are okay with a slight step down in quality, then go with the 3 in 1. How long does a bottle last?

It depends on if you use a loofa or wash cloth, I believe.  I use the Dove Men's+ Care loofa and use both sides of it when I shower, and I shower twice daily three to four times a week.  This means I use about 60% to 70% more than most people right off the bat.  With that said, the soap does not foam up excessively, so it scrubs out of the loofa quite quickly.  In my experience, a single, approximately three inch diameter circle of body wash on the loofa will bathe my left hand, arm, arm pit, deltoid-scapula region, and pectoral.  I do shave all my body hair, so that helps the product spread significantly better.  Given all that, one bottle lasts me about a month.  I will be the first to say if you shower once daily, use a loofa, and scrub thoroughly, this bottle will last you about a month and a half.  If you use a quality wash cloth that retains the soap well, it might last you two or almost two and half months.

Why isn't the bottle filled to the top? Even in the pictures, the body wash is about an inch+ down the bottle. The stuff is $30, c'mon.
