Very similar product to the one in pic but not the same therefore not 5 star. Update the seller has contacted me that he/she will refund the amount as the item did not meet my expectation despite the fact that I have used the item.

Makes the shisha head last longer
very good product, well made and serve it’s purpose: it spreads the heat evenly on the shisha head (which contains the tobacco) so it doesn’t burn quickly and last longer.

Fraud... the product is totally worthless
the metal bar dimensions are incorrect. It doesnt go through both apertures to allow an assembly.No rubber handle.Its a rip offunusable
