I consider Anker to be a trusted brand when it comes to purchasing accessories for my electronics. That is why I jumped on this product when it saw it at a special price, a 20W nano block *plus* a cable for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max -wow! It worked nicely for about a month, and then began to simply not work, intermittently. At first I thought it was chipped to only work with the provided cable (I had been using another quality, but longer cable) when charging my iPad, but it failed to send current even when I tested it with the provided cable, and others. Then I thought it needed to actually “warm up” in the outlet for a few minutes because it would work intermitently. But then this nano block stopped working altogether, and now I am stuck with a useless block I cant return to Amazon for replacement because it’s beyond their policy. I guess that’s my bad luck. EDIT: I Have revised my review as Anker approved a warrantee replacement for a new block. They emailed me a USPS shipping label and sent out the replacement block once the defective block was scanned into the USPS system as sent. Thanks for standing behind your product Anker 👍🏽

This anker brick and cord work great! It is an excellent fast charger. The brick only has USB-C on it, but works for what we need. It is very small and easy to throw into a work or travel bag or we just keep our by our bed, except when we go on trips. Very durable and built right like anker always does. They never disappoint in the quality of their products. Highly recommend this duo- especially if you are looking for a faster charge.

Anker is the only brand I trust aside from Apple when buying replacement chargers and cables, so I was very pleased when I bought this charger and it works perfectly with my phone.

Update 28-Aug-2024: I reached out to anker and they agreed to send me a replacement under warranty without having to send them the old one. No hassle there, just requested a proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number on the charger. Hopefully this one lasts.l, it is has been charging my phone for a few day now as it should :). Will update again after a few weeks of usage. Updated review to 4 stars based on the seamless replacement and warranty experience! ———————————————— I consider anker to be one of the top brands when it comes to charging gears, but they failed to impress on this very basic charger. it died after the 30 day return window. It won't charge anything!! super frustrated!
