Wonderful book, full of pictures and entities in which allows one to better understand business. BUSINESS 101 would be a higher educational value, as many classes go over many ways of which to get a business started, it's not easy however, many problems occur when one is starting a business of ones own, taking much time of which can be eliminated by entering the world of business through a University and or planned endeavor. I.E. Accounting, Psychology, Energy levels of employee's, as well as supplies and various situations of which one will run into. Where do I get the keys to the building of which my business will conduct itself, most people speak of grants, while others speak of loans, leaving one in a hole so to speak. It's not easy but can be done with the help and aid of the community.

I'm an international student hier in Germany and I'm studying BWL (business administration). It has helped me understand better the basics when I didn't quite understand it in German. This book really helps you understand concepts from starting a business to manage big Enterprises with strategies developed through the years by famous managers/economists/psychologists. This book helps you have a glance at the business world. It will answer questions like "how does a business grow?" "is it always good if a company grows?" "is money the most important motivational force?" There are so many questions that you will answer yourself and many of them that you didn't actually asked yourself before. Actual examples of modern companies and products make it also more interesting for the modern learner. I'm sure this book won't disappoint you if what you are looking for is to understand better how business works and the theories that can be applied to it and influence the way business are made (effectively).

Older versions of this book came with a sleeve, I guess they stopped that in more recent issues. Its a fine book, with high quality printing and a very digestible method for complex topics. Not only can this medium sized, textured, hard covered book serve as a coffee table decoration, but it also equally has amazing information that is not only specialized, but arguably important for anyone in business to know at least on a surface level. Its not a textbook level content dense but its also not one of those like "Business 101" books that just explains what a business is. Its a good in-between and arguably one of the better ways to digest this sort of thing. I like it.
