I bought this somewhere else and was even sent a replacement directly from the company itself because the one I had was not working on my Windows 10 computer. Replacement also had the same issue. You will hear the audio but will not see any video. I initially thought it might be a computer issue since it worked on my Windows 7 computer. I recently got another Windows 10 computer and when I tried this device on the new computer I was facing the same issue I was facing with my older Windows 10 computer. So it can be confirmed it does not work in Windows 10. **Q: Will this work in Linux / ubuntu 14.04** A: B. Pinker's info worked for me to view video (after some trial and error with numbers in device names) but I was unable to record successfully from VLC. Any advice will b…** A: It's been a few months since I did the installation, but your problem rings a bell. I'm on a Windows 7 system (and yes, the tool is called EZGrabber on mine as well). I ran into some problems that seemed to stem from the installation software expecting to go onto a system running XP. My solution: instead of using the product installation software, I just went into each individual folder on the CD and clicked on the .exe files. Although it took a few extra clicks, everything installed without a problem, and it all seems to be playing nicely.
