Due to myh heavy periods I tend to lose a considerable amount of red blood cells, hence, this supplement helped me to make it up for that loss. I usually take only two pills after my period for the next two days and my anemia has gone. It didn't get me any of the secondary effects when taking iron (which can be constipation or gastritis) but maybe because I only consume a small amount. The flavor is orange-like and it is nice. It has sugar. Consult a doctor before consuming it!

Fizzy iron tablets that dissolve very quickly in water so they are easy to take and more effective at absorption than traditional iron tablets. The taste isn't too bad either - was expecting them to taste like that strange chemical orange taste you sometimes get with similar supplements but they didn't, it was a much milder and agreeable flavour. You do get a very small gritty looking sediment at the bottom of the glass that doesn't taste quite so nice but once you've knocked it back, it doesn't linger

These tablets dissolve easily and I find the flavour pleasant, the price is reasonable.
