No, you can't add additional sheets.

how many cards does it hold

I just bought this for my son. Although it has 9 on slots on each side, it’s not in binder form like previous stated. You can’t add pages. There are 20 pages with 9 vinyl pockets on each side of the page with a black background which makes the cards look really nice. It holds 360 cards and nicely bound. It’s not cheap looking compared to the others out there. I think it’s a nice looking card album for Charizard fans. Downside- There is none unless you are collecting to for resale. I wouldn’t put any super valuable cards in any type of carrier or album unless you can zip it shut. We’ve been collecting Pokémon cards for 14 years and we put the really valuable cards in a zip case just as a precaution until we get some of his graded from PSA. We just found the original Charizard from the first base set in the garage and Japanese Pocket Monster base set from my son’s teacher.
