Fruit punch taste is pleasant and fruity, would buy again

I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts over the years, and this one from Optimum Nutrition has quickly become one of my favorites. The energy it provides is very clean and consistent—no jitters or sudden crash halfway through the workout. Within about 15–20 minutes I can definitely feel the boost in focus and motivation, which makes a noticeable difference when lifting or doing longer training sessions. The Fruit Punch flavor is actually pretty good compared to most pre-workouts, which can be overly sweet or artificial. It mixes easily with water and doesn’t leave clumps at the bottom of the shaker. I also like that it includes creatine and beta-alanine in the formula, so it covers multiple things I normally supplement separately. After a few weeks of using it, I’ve noticed better endurance and the extra push to get through tough workouts. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable pre-workout from a brand I trust.
