Stopped the leaks
Used this around my garage around the bottom edge where the cement fillets are as I was getting water come through when it rained heavy. Brilliant stuff, just paint it on use an brush but it does come off with white spirit.

Canadian made product that works well
This product is made in Canada so it was a no brainer for me to purchase it. I used it in my shed the ceiling was leaking after a rainfall. The application was so easy. No difficultly applying the coat on the ceiling .. No dripping. The product dried in a very short time. I checked just how good this product is after the last rain full. My shed was bone dryI would highly recommend using this Canadian made product

Purchased twice in three years. Works well and easy to apply.
I’ve bought this twice over the past three years to repair emergency leaks (each leak coming from a slightly different spot!) coming through my flat torch-on roof when water builds up from heavy rain not draining fast enough due to clogged drains around my chimney flashing. A small can is good enough to seal any potential leaks with a few coatings, and then some. I’ve inspected the coatings over a few years with the sun beating down on them in the summer for 12 hours a day - the outer coating will begin to crack after about three years. But assuming you do a few coats you should be fine. Haven’t had a repeat leak in the same spot yet using this. Great product if you can wait a few days for it to arrive. Applies easily with any brush just make sure to clear the surface of any debris and it’s dry.

At Least, You Can Try To Isolate A problematic Situation
Tiles of the roof were changed about 10 years ago or so, but a few nails here and there would let tiny amounts of water getting throughout the roof when it would rain, and we did not notice that problem. As autumn and winter are coming fast, it was a rapid solution to cover areas where it was problematic in order to avoid getting into a worse situation. We just hope that this solution will last for a long time, but we do not know the way this product will react over time with, at times, horrible temperature variation in Canada. At least, this is a solution that is quick and that seems to be efficient for now. For people that are not carpenters and that do not always know how to fix things in the now, we think that this product is essential. As one applies it on a dry surface, one can see that this product is sticky and that it seals problematic areas in the now. It dries rapidly, and one has to throw away his or her paintbrush by after; you have to do your job in one shot.

Seems iffy to me even after a few months it's still sticky
A little nervous about this product I haven't got a heavy rain yet since I've used it but it doesn't seem to dry being sticky it's very stretchy which maybe that's a good thing I don't know 😕 I've put four coats of it down hope it works..Also I've used Aims block and wall about 4 years ago and it when it dries it's pretty hard I did four coats of that and it's been holding the water back so I know that works.I got a picture of both on stir sticks in my review here..
