Beautiful. **Q: Would this color be the same as permanent rose by windsor newton?** A: Close. It’s slightly bluer, and I was hoping it would be slightly warmer than the rose. A combination of 3 transparent quinacridone pgments- one of which is the permanent rose pigment.
