Is this safe for a solid silver instrument? The body of my flute is made of solid silver and is starting to get a bit tarnished. Will this help?

I believe so. It's the best silver polish I've found: does not damage the silver and it keeps it clean for a long time. If your flute is kept in a case, you could buy the silver protective strips from Amazon which prevent tarnishing ( but only if the space is closed and air isn't passing through.)

Is this safe on Pandora jewelry? I used cleaner, it turned dull with a white coating, will this restore it back to its original shine?

Pandora is solid sterling jewelry so it will polish it, but I have the same problem with the white coating that I can't seem to remove.
