I use this inside acoustic guitars, even with the strings on, as it is a relatively large mirror that reveals what's under the top very clearly. It's flat enough to slip in between the strings, which is very nice. Given the lightweight construction, I'm not sure how well it would stand up in a big, full purse. One important point is that the hinge is loose, so it doesn't stand up on its own. I've been thinking of crimping the hinge to increase the friction but haven't tried that yet.

I work in a environment were I do everything. Fixing thing, cleaning. And customer service. So I need a mirror to check my appearance for the customer service side of my job but I need a mirror that can hold up in a rugged environment. This does. And the size is perfect.

This is a very reflective mirror. I was thinking it might not be but was pleasantly surprised with the accuracy of the description. I'm ordering a second one. Good value. Was delivered quickly.

I tried big mirrors, lighted mirrors, but all were cumbersome and bulky for travel. This folds down to nothing so I can slip it in my toiletry bag. So handy for applying make up in a hotel room

Mirror case is thin metal with unfinished edges making it unsuitable for use unless you intentionally hold it in a way to NOT touch the edge. This was to be a gift for a teen girl but after cutting myself on the case when I opened it, obviously it will not be gifted. Additionally, it arrived with a tiny corner broken, which wouldn’t have been a big deal except that piece had been loose in the case and scratched the interior making it further unacceptable for a gift. Bottom line, I want to return it but it’s so difficult to do that now that I’ve just thrown it away.

Ordered this for my desk - love it, perfect size, fits between my desk phone and computer out of the way, so I can check on my make-up during the day, and I like to nibble throughout the day, so I can fix my lipstick, or whatever! Great product! Compact, and folds up so I can put it away if I need to!

Small but useful

Nothing wrong with the mirror as a reflective surface, but at first glance it comes across as kind of cheap and flimsy looking. That said, it has survived a couple international flights and being bumbed around in the luggae compartment of several trains, so maybe it's tought than it looks. Small, light and compact it fit in my shaving kit quite nicely. Wasn't really impressed, but it won me over.

It is easy to store, the one I had before lasted a long time

Poor quality. Sharp edges. Glue doesn’t hold up. Mirror fell out of case shortly after purchase, and 2 big glue spots show right through mirror. Advice purchasing a different one.
