can it block out outside noise and environment surrounding outside like in the kitchen where people are talking?

I’m a audio engineer and I know that when ever you record something you should never record around people you need quit to record and a mic filter will not block out the noise of people talking the only thing mic filters do is block wind from your voice like if you use words like p words and b words wind comes off your mouth so that’s what a mic filter is for or a pop filter so if your gonna record you need to be in a quit room with no noise and know one talking around you
