Product came in as used but was actually brand new which I was happy about! Tried using the provide plug and cheap adaptor but the printers didn’t turn on probably due to cheap adaptor in first pic. Replaced 3 prong cable with region standard and was able to get printer working! Once printer was on everything worked. Inside of printer looked brand new and never used! Good product over all.
