This is the best pre-workout if you are not stim junkie it has the right dose of caffeine and other fermented trademarked ingredients in fermented form ,This will give you steady energy and fast recovery throughout the workout .The Elite version has double dosage which is great if you are a Pro but I felt the caffeine dose in elite version affected my sleep since you are switched ON for more time especially if your workouts are in the evening

Loved the product. Had it 20 minutes before my workout and the results were awesome. Highly recommended. Did not experience any side effects.

Flavor/Taste - So good for being naturally flavored on par or better than any other apple flavors I have tried. Its not overpowering and doesn't have that bad aftertaste. Only a handful of apple farms have been around as long as Stribling Orchard, and you’d be hard-pressed to find apples that good but this Pre-Kaged Apple flavor is reminiscent of the smell and taste of those rare apples. So overall I'd have to give the flavor a solid 9/10 Consistency/Mixing - Over the years I've tried a lot of pre-workouts from many different companies. Pre-kaged is right up there with the best and I do not get that floating that I get with other brands and this disperses well in liquid! Drinking it was very smooth... almost as if Kris Gethin brewed it New Glarus Brewing Co. in New Glarus, Wisconsin himself creating this serendipitous misxture of apples and gainz aged in oak with a unique fermentation process (fermaceutical), it's just that. A strong and unexpected mix of smooth textures. I give it a 10/10 for how it mixes so well. Formula/Performance - The energy and focus kick in very fast as it has a good array of natural stims combined with other key ingredients. With all natural ingredients I feel like it is finally a pre-workout that isn't bad for you. Performance gets a 10/10 Great pump, muscle endurance and that boost you need to keep going throughout the entire duration of your workout. That energy brings to mind the lithium-air cell battery which scientists at the University of Cambridge have designed to clears the path towards long-lasting, efficient rechargeable devices a truely innovative creation to mankind just like the formulation of efficacious dosages with full label disclosure that Pre-Kaged offers /w patented ingredients used in actual studies.

From numerous brands I've tried, KAGED Pre-workout continues to outperform all others for me. As a truly Gen-X'er who continues to be active and health conscious, this products helps me maintain the energy level I need not only to workout 5-6 times a week but also to manage the rest of my life. I'm a fan of all flavors and look forward to continue using this supplement for years to come!!! Ready to hit my 60's next year!!

I decided to try this out since it was 3rd party tested and I knew what I was getting, which is not the norm with most shady pre workouts. Energy levels are not out of hand but good enough to get me through 4am workouts. I like that it had good amounts of bcaa’s because I take it on a empty stomach. Had been going great until recent blood work showed I had too high of potassium levels. Normal ranges are 3.2 to 5.2 and I’m usually at 4.8 as I already eat lots of fruits and nuts and this time I tested at 5.5 which my doc said could put me at danger of arrhythmias. Doc said asked what had changed in my diet and couldn’t think of anything. She brought up how another patient had just had the same problem due to drinking a lot of coconut water. Well I start going through my supplements and I see pre kaged has 500 mg of coconut powder. I’m almost sure this is what causing my elevated levels. I’ll find out in about 1 1/2 months for sure. In the mean time if you have any liver or kidney problems I’d prob be careful when taking this supplement. If you don’t eat lots of potassium rich foods I’m guessing it would probably be ok if not beneficial.
