However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that a change in diet is the best strategy for acne. Eating cleaner and removing, excess sugar, sodium, and processed foods from your diet (or at least severely limiting these things)β€”then adding more raw fruits and veggies to your daily diet would do more for your skin.
