I got little craft zippered bags (they have different sizes at WalMart, etc) They are inexpensive and I write on each bag with a marker (day of week, what's in the bag - if it's a single type of medication, etc) **Q: The description says it's 11 x 7 x 3. Is that when it's folded up, or when it's open?** A: When it is open the measurements are 17x7, when closed it is4x7. This is my second set of the Pill cases I have gotten. They last about 3-4 years with everyday use. I originally got them for traveling, but found that I love them for every day use.I got 2 sets and that way I am always ready for a trip. I just grab them and take them in my suitcase. I use them daily. I take the next days out each evening and that way if I am on the run, I just throw them in my purse or pocket and do not have to worry about taking a bunch of bottles for my pills. I have never been asked about the medications. So easy to grab and go for all or just one pack if im running late. Have to take my meds with food and so many times in the past if late i forgo the meds till im home cause i dont have time to make food. So this way have meds with me when i have a chance to eat something. Got the 8 and 16 count size so as it stands im good to go for 48 days without digging into my pill bottles. And filling not a huge issue just take your time and refill when ya got time. Well worth the purchase.
