Worst mascara ever. **Q: Is it supposed to be this thick (dry)?** A: When it dries, depending on how you apply the mascara, it can dry thicker. I usually like to wipe any excess mascara off the brush to avoid clumps and making my lashes look unnaturally thick (think spider leg eyelashes, if that makes sense). It'll get thicker if you apply a second coat as well.
