Got the product today for my 5 year old sone, can anyone guide how to adjust the time, i tried all, but couldn't do it

I didnt check it before i take it for my son Button not working even to change the time.. my son so sad i cant take it back because its so far a way i order more things from amazon this one not good items specially the button...
