Review: Great Product / Terrible Delivery - The Knipex Cobra Pliers were exactly as expected. The DHL delivery was incredibly bad. Instead of placing the package in our black plastic box labeled, DELIVERIES, the package was left outside in the rain. I didn't need to worry about opening it, as the package disintegrated in my hands. The pliers were in a flimsy plastic bag, open on one end. It is the first time I've had to wipe a new tool dry on delivery. If there was a place to rate the delivery, I would have given DHL a ZERO. Knipex or whoever shipped the pliers should consider sealed plastic wrapping with a desiccant inside.
