I tried Butt Paste since I received that at my shower and it did nothing after a day. I tried Desitin and after the first diaper it was gone...yes, GONE! I was so relieved that something worked because I didn't want his bum to start hurting! I then started putting a thin layer on as a barrier so a rash wouldn't develop again and it never did.
