Must have for bbl or lipo 360. This shaped my lower back up nicely after surgery. M & D products are the best quality and help compress the body exactly how you need it post op! It was easy to put inside my faja, and the size of the product was perfect. If your getting work done don’t slack on your post op care.

There was a review on here where a girl said this kept her seroma from coming back after getting it drained. I had a seroma on my back removed too, so I bought the full back foam and wore it under my faja for one week and I was healed. My seromas didn’t come back. I’m so thankful. It was very comfortable and easy to wear. I tried the little lower back foam and didn’t like it. It didn’t give enough compression and it was hard to get the right placement.

I HAD A SEROMA! I had it drained. There’s always the risk that they come back, the little tiny t- foam that they gave me in office was not working. I bought this even though I was worried about negative reviews and you can actually see the shape of my butt after two days of wearing it. While I was acting restful, it did not move at all when I decided to build a piece of Amazon furniture that took me all day. It slid up a lot, and there was a lot of sweat underneath it, but I just took off one strap of my Faja pulled it back up and kept going. What a beautiful step to be able to start to see your results. Also if no one told you, you should buy spray deodorant to put under your Faja. I feel like too much as gate kept and girls who have surgery like to make it harder for other girls.

The backboard was exactly what I needed after my Lipo 360, and it's of great quality. It fit perfectly between my compression garment and foams, allowing me to take a long drive without any discomfort.

It is comfortable & provides compression. But the size and fit is terrible. It will either slide too far down your back and into your buttocks area or up your back and turn sideways. It just will not stay put. Does not provide any type of side compression either so if you have a larger body type, this is definitely not for you. I want my money back as this isnt even doing what its supposed to do for the amount of money i paid for it

This helped with my back after lipo. Works well sometimes it slides up but that’s after my stage one started to become was tight. Once I got stage two faja this baby never moved. And ohh the arch it gave me in my back, Amazing!

Very large in siz I feel uncomfortable

I wasn’t going to buy this product based on peoples reviews which claimed it moves but I honestly think that it’s been worn the wrong way round. I’ve worn mine for 24 hours both the back and front ab board and they both haven’t moved. I’m three days post op and it’s really made a difference. The fluid causes headaches and pain so with the combination of my massage plus the foam board has made me feel so much more better over night.
