Bad packaging
I received the item in a very poor condition. Liquid was spelled all out of the box making the item dry and useless.

It's soothing only while placing it. Got dried quickly and becomes much disturbing and irritating necessitating immediate removal. Not a worthy product.

i had a hemmorhoid from giving birth which dissappeared after two weeks. i highly recommend this product. its not only effective for removing the hemmorhoid but as well as giving it immediate comfort.
